1986 Trade paperback Perigee Booksedition of A Paler Shade of White - The History of White People in America Volume II by Martin Mull and Allen Rucker 158 pages with some photos. Here are more wondrous tales of whiteness from the authors of The History of White People in America. Follow along as Carl and Dorothy Ferguson take their first packaged trip to Europe in “Death in Venice II”. Drop in on Bill and Alice Miller as they try to beat the Baltimore heat in “Bill’s Pool.” Beneath its bland exterior lies the bizarre, ludicrous, cheese-filled soul of white America. You will read it in a matter of hours, but it will be days before you forget it.
